I don’t know where to even begin this whole writing about myself. So let me start with, at this moment i am listening to “Something just like this” by coldplay and the chainsmokers, it just rained a while ago and that got me to open the window in my room and i made myself some nice lemon tea to sip on while i opened my soul to the world of “Norwegian wood” by Haruki Murakami. My room has more books than anything else.I am describing my room because i do believe my room could tell a lot about me than i could with words, at least right now. The room is little bit of a mess right now but the books are all pretty organized and that is how it is majority of the times. The walls are purple, pink and green. i chose those colours when i was 12 and i wish to change pink and green to purple today. There are quotes everywhere in my room, and pictures and lyrics wherever you look. There is a tapestry covering one side of the wall which keeps falling all the time. Much like my self-esteem (haha). There are also these fairy lights right above my bed and the prayer flags i got from Manali. Also there is corner where i plan on keeping some plants.

So hi there! I am Tanvi. A coffee addict throughout the day and a tea lover by the night. Just another bibliophile who thinks that no matter how much I read it is never enough. There is nothing different about me, i am just an ordinary girl who escapes in the world of books, movies and music when the outside world gets a little too much and even on good days you will find my face buried in a book, followed by watching some show or movie and taking long walks with my ‘Dusk’ playlist on, these are all probably the reasons why it was a good day though.

I don’t know if anyone will ever see this, but just in case, welcome to my blog 🙂

A blog where i talk about books, a little something about traveling as i wish to travel the world someday and occasional rants. I am still trying to figure out how i am going to go about this, but i know i am going to be talking about books a lot.
